The Story

Living on a small pond surrounded by very tall cottonwoods afforded an opportunity to experiment with abstract photography. What appears to be the water is actually a thin layer of ice on the edge of the pond. The bright yellow spot is the sun and the orange "clouds" are, in fact, pink clouds that were reflecting on the open water. I flipped this image to create the illusion of a landscape and went wild with the PS sliders to bring out the color. 

The Print

• Epson Somerset Velvet Fine Art Paper, a 100% cotton mould made paper, and Canon Archival Inks, a superior pigment ink. This museum quality combination of paper and ink produces rich color, fine detail and a longevity not found in lustre paper prints.

Shipping/Delivery

Free shipping on all unframed prints. Small prints are shipped in a sturdy, flat mailer. Large prints are shipped in a tube. Framed pieces are shipped at the expense of the buyer. 

Please allow 2 weeks for processing your order. Large orders may require more time. Framed pieces will require at least 6 weeks to assemble.
