Midnight Snack

Went traveling last week and came home with Grand Chateau wine (stayed at the Inn at the winery - very swank and very relaxing) AND this fabulous cheddar that was so expensive that I could only justify a quarter pound, wrapped in white paper and tied with a string. It was a fabulous pairing!
