1. Can I purchased unframed prints? Yes
2. Can I order a print with a different mat and frame than what you recommend? I have carefully and thoughtfully selected a line of frames that well suit my art. That said, I am happy to discuss your vision for my art in your home. You can also buy the print and take it to a framer of your choice.
3. Is there a way to see the work before I buy? Yes. I can send small samples of the work, 4x6 prints in the mats that I offer. I will send the samples by Priority Mail with a return label. The samples DO need to be returned. You will have two weeks to make your decision.
4. Do you deliver? John and I love a good road trip so yes, within reason and not in bad weather.
5. Who pays for shipping? You pay the shipping, I pay the insurance.
6. Is there an upcharge for museum glass? Yes
7. How long will it take to receive my art? Anywhere from 2-4 weeks, barring supply chain delays. I work with a local print lab and framer and we don't carry inventory on the artwork. Immediately Available pieces are indicated on the artwork page. I also have wall space in the Zeeland Art Gallery in Zeeland, Michigan and you can visit the gallery to make a purchase. Please let me know because I would love to meet you there and I would want to make sure the piece is there and not at my house.
8. Can I order a print in a different size than what you are offering? Yes. However, be aware that there are limitations on enlargements and I could not definitively answer that question without consulting with my print lab.
9. Do you print on metal and canvas? No.
10. Do you have a return policy? Yes. See it here.
